Best Damn Chili Recipe in the World

This recipe is for a double batch, it is so good you will want leftovers…
Ingredients:
Main Stuff:
2 pounds ground beef, MUST be 93/7 – 93% Meat, 7% fat.
2 packs of Lawreys Chili seasoning
One can of Kidney beans, light red
One can of Kidney beans Dark
One Can Tomato Sauce
One can Tomato Paste
One Can corn niblets
One can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
One can regular diced tomatoes
One small can of V8 juice
1 diced fresh tomato (optional)
Season with: (optional)
Sprinkle of Cumin
Sprinkle of Chili Powder
Sprinkle of Chili powder Lime or Lemon flavored ( Chili con Limon )
Dried diced Onions
Sprinkle of Lawreys seasoned salt
Sprinkle of Ms. Dash
Sprinkle of Garlic powder
Sprinkle of Garlic Salt ( the one with the green stuff in it )
Brown the meat until done, do not drain! Cook it until most of the grease burns off.
Pour all the main ingredients in there, stir it up good.
Then add what you like in the seasonings, I add it all in there.
Cook until it boils on high.
Reduce heat to low / med low.
Cover let simmer 10 minutes or so, all done.
Serve with freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese and sliced fresh onions if you want.
Leftovers in the fridge for the next few days, you won’t be able to stop eating it.
Oh, and get ready to fart up a storm.

Driving the Porsche 944 Turbo S last few days
Damn I forgot what a beast this thing is. Got 2 thumbs up on the way to the office. Amazing how an car from 1988 Can get 0-60 in less than 5 seconds and still pull 28MPG. Nice to have one of about 500 ever made LOL. Rocket ship from the past.
